Meeting Information
HDHA meets most months during the year on third Wednesday of the month except when holidays occur. The meeting location is the West Hartford Town Hall, 50 South Main Street, West Hartford, CT unless otherwise designated. Parking entrance from Raymond Street (behind Town Hall). Take ticket - free parking.
The continuing education course and business meeting runs from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
All meetings and CEs except where noted are open to members (free) and non-members ($20 per CEU.) We would greatly appreciate an RSVP, but you may still attend if you forget to contact us.

& Heal CE
Credits - 2 Speaker: Robin DiPace Course Description: This presentation examines the difference in
nature of white spot lesions and enamel defects. The science behind the
protocols for reversing them using the Recaldent technology in MI Paste and MI
Paste Plus will be outlined. How and when to use the product for white spot
reversal along with the mechanism of action in MI Paste will also be discussed
as well as additional strategies for remineralization. Actual cases and their
protocols will be presented. Attendees will also learn how to begin a protocol
for remineralization procedures in their dental offices. Other indications for using MI Paste will also be
discussed. By incorporating simple chairside tests, dental health professionals
can help educate and motivate their patients for better home care and healthier
lifestyles. Discussions include steps for risk assessment including Strep
Mutans testing and testing for acidity of Saliva and in plaque.
